The person who "helped" us was completely unprofessional with coworkers, balked at being told to help us, messed up our order and then additional customer service calls resulted in additional charges to my account for something we are not even getting instead of credit to our account for a desk they were shipping to a wrong address. HORRIBLE and warranted a Better Business Bureau complaint.
This store has the worst, slowest employees ever. . It took over an hour to order a desk and when all said and done they still did it wrong. We've had to wait close to a month for a delivery that was supposed to be a week and half. N they have yet to do anything to fix the situation or male it right. Never shopping here again. ..
Hi, I went to your guys' store the other day and I had to end up changing my 2 month old daughter's diaper on the floor because your bathroom does not have a changing table. I really don't want to have to worry about not being able to bring my child into your store because I have to change her on the disgusting ground.

Great Clearance I was very impressed with the clearance prices at Office Max but when I have needed to ask a question, it is difficult to find an employee that is available. Their store is normally very clean & the employees are friendly
