Just today, an older lady and I entered this Office Max off 11th. She was looking to find something called a "Happy Planner" where you could both plan your days and color in the edges, describe how the day went, etc. We both recalled Office Max having planners and figured we would go. A younger male employee asked if we needed help and was very rude to the both of us about the subject.
