I don't want to bother the supervisor, I asked her for help making some copies. She was very kind and apologized and told me that she couldn't do it, that the copier was there. Thank you for your kindness and your happy customer policy.
We were looking for a new printer. We went online to office max Clovis New Mexico - 30 miles away. Online stated the printer we wanted was available in store. They did not have the printer in stock and we were told they did not kept them in stock. We could go online and order it. Three employees on their phones and did not care if we needed anything. - one being the manager. In expressing our frustration she said we needed to let you know. I completed the survey for Jenna and Matthew, but that would not do them justice they were absolutely amazing today 3/6 helping me with my printer return issues and issue that became more complex than usual, they handled the issue with care, patience and kindness. I believe that for this one interaction they deserve at least a $3 Raise, I hope that this review as well as the survey can be passed along to them so that they know how much I appreciate them! ME: I'm curious why the 5TB is $4 cheaper than the 4TB. ASSOCIATE: (without missing a beat) I don't make the pricing. *Shrug* Couldn't tell you.
These people lost my fedex package that was supposed to be shipped, said fedex picked up the package but I called fedex and FedEx said they hadn't picked up the package! So I guess it just dissapeared into thin air... Don't take your packages here to be delivered its garbage service
