Used OfficeEarth for several years and service has deteriorated substantially over that time. Multiple customers have complained repeatedly of 30+m wait times and hanging up because calls don't get answered. It wasn't an easy business decision to move away from them as the associated number was in our marketing and customer documentation however we really couldn't be more disappointed.

This company isn't Australian. They will automatically charge your credit card for phone calls that are non existent. When asked for proof of the phone calls, they ignore you. Please stay away.

This is the first google review I have ever provided. I could not speak lower of the services this 'company' provided for our businesses over 18 months. Their one promised service was to answer incoming calls which was never delivered and as a result we had new business prospects waiting 90+ minutes, before hanging up. After raising several concerns to management, we never received a single response and no issues were resolved. We had our account terminated by Office Earth simply because they decided in their infinite wisdom, without notice of any kind, that they don’t handle adult services. Nothing in their policies, procedures or any other written medium nor on their website, indicated that they didn’t handle adult services – mind you, we hadn’t even told them we were an adult service company!
