If I could give this company a minus - 5 review I would. In my experience with them, they have exhibited an almost impossibly low level of customer service, communication, helpfulness and honesty after making the sale to me. We got a copier from them in 2018 on a 36 month term. At the end of the term, they offered to extend on a month-to-month basis, which I recently discovered was an untrue representation. We leased copiers with Office 1 for several years now. Their service is an email away. It's fast and professional. We are very happy with the service.
