We became acquainted with Office Systems when we started our mortgage company in 2004. After we carefully shopped it out, Office Systems was the only company that would do business with a start-up company that was not in a position to purchase a copy/fax machine. They were willing to structure a lease (with option to buy), and we now own our TOSHIBA. We also get a maintenance agreement which has come in handy and is well worth the money. Very unhappy! They sold us a machine that they now say (four years later) is obsolete and they are unable to get parts for, except off older machines that are traded in or broken down. We had a contract through which they assured us when we bought it that they would keep the machine up and running, but they have failed to be able to do so. It does make copies, but the machine cant automatically duplex or staple. When we questioned them the owner had the audacity to tell us that we "got what we paid for." I disagree. What a great place to do business! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was fast. The sales guys helped me figure out what equipment would work for me, and there was no run around about price. I am very happy- and they also set me up with a great service agreement. Thanks Office Systems!!!
