Called Sunday. They couldn't come out until Wednesday. Then, swapped out a receiver with one that wasn't programmed!!! It's been nothing but issues with these jokers the last two years. I can't believe the damn HOA sticks with such a lame company.

Worst service ever.
Worst service provider. Feel as though living in a third nation with the speed that I get. The video keeps buffering again and again. I have no choice but to stay with them as my apartment connections supports just them.
Good luck trying to get someone on the phone-was just on hold for 20 minutes before I decided it was a lost cause. Absurdly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My internet RARELY works, so I really don't know what I am paying for. Would LOVE to switch services but my apartments will only go through them, which is quite literally the reason we are moving at the end of summer. If you have a choice, choose a different company!
