We had a great experience with Anne who was able to show us big and tall appropriate office chairs that were used for a fair price. The showroom was clean and there were plenty options not only for large office spaces but also for home use. I highly recommend. Thanks Anne!
If you are looking for a specific item, call before you go to the warehouse. I found a chair I was looking for online, but at the warehouse I discovered it was not in stock. The representative told me that they have not been keeping the website up to date.
Just a so-so experience. The rep was nice enough and showed me the chairs that I was looking for. However, their pricing is deceptive, making the “was” price much higher then even purchasing new directly from the OEM. When I pointed that out, the rep started shaking her head no as I was saying it. She was right in front of a computer so I invited her to look it up, but she rejected my counter-offer before I could really finish so I walked out. You can do better online.
