Gary is a very kind and hardworking man. He cares about the people who come to him, and it shows. I have never had any problems with him at all, and he remembered me after the first time I shipped with him. Very nice man!

Does anyone know who the owner is? It seems to be a secret. The staff wont reveal the owners identity, thus there is no one to make a complaint to regarding poor service. Im not certain the owner knows what his employees are doing.
This company seems to be running a scam. I took my computer to be repaired, after paying the fee to have it examined, they failed to complete the repairs. The repairs were not done on-site, but at an alternative location (I shouldve taken it to the people truly responsible for the repair work). The staff seems to be covering up for management. They refused to give a refund after lack of completing the job. I had a terrible experience.
Office Remedies has the absolute worst service and staff. The unprofessionalism is unrivaled to any I have seen before. When asking around after our deplorable experience, their reputation in the community is far less than stellar.
