Dr. Varraux is one of the nicest and knowledgeable physicians I have ever known as a patient and as a Critical Care R.N. of 35 years. He takes time with his patients. Yes there may be a wait at times but you need to be aware of that and plan. He may not be able to see you on your lunch break. And the lady whose dad waited hours to go to the ER is unbelievable. Why would anyone wait so long if they were in distress.

Horrible Experience. The only thing worse than the staff themselves is them not knowing when the Doctor is coming. I waited three hours after my appointment time before I asked what the hold up was. I was told they don't know when the Doctor is coming. Don't waste your time with this practice.

My Dad, who is a patient of this practice was having trouble breathing on Sunday after church so he called this office and got no response. He called again at 7pm, again no response. At 10:30pm he drove himself to the emergency room for treatment and almost didn't make it. It is now Monday at 9:30pm and still no one has called to even check on him. This is totally unacceptable, My Dad could have died. Perhaps look elsewhere for best care.

I had an appointment at 1:00pm on Thursday September 4th. After sitting there from 12:45 till 1:45 I got up and asked how much longer seeing how I was on my lunch break. I was then told that it would be another hour before I would be seen. I asked why and was told Dr. Varraux like to schedule that way. Well I don't know about the rest of the human race but my time is just a valuable as any one else and I think waiting over two hours to see any doctor is inconsiderate, irresponsible and ill managed.
