Every time I go to this Office Depot, it's a struggle. So much so, I just sent my latest print request to the Tomball store. Nobody in the print center has any customer service skills. They're all rude and it's very transparent that they do not want to be there. Pros: Plenty of Office and technology items, neat decor, can fax and get posters created from here, can get federal mailing envelopes here. All in on stop shop. Cons: Slow service, very little staff members on deck at one time, their fax machine doesn't work well (I have sent an item twice and it hasn't worked). Also, the clerks were talking about what they were going to do after work and how they couldn’t wait to get off work in front of customers. Stay away from the same day print center at this location. They will send your job out for print if they feel like it and then Lindsay will blame the customer even though the system shows they order the right item to be printed in house. No help here, no one knows what to do to help the customer.
By far the rudest staff i have ever encountered. Avoid this store! Awful customer service!
