Seen a laptop on line that was available at the store. Went to store and had to show the the lower price of $369 for the HP. Get home setup computer and what pops up on Facebook on the Office Depot page is the same computer same specs for $339. I ordered a Workpro 4 drawers vertical file cabinet today and after my transaction went trough and I received an email confirmation, I rent a U haul to pick it up by my self because the first time I bought I came with multiple dents and I returned it. So I decide better to pay $37.00 for the U haul cargo van. The store is a joke not stocked properly and what I want is online. Shut down your stores if you are not going to stock them. Office supply stores are suppose to have pens if you don’t have pens your a waste on resources for another company to have a business in the building you occupy.
Calendars and planners are a pretty common thing to have in stock for an office supply store. Come on man.
7 people in line. 1 cashier and no help even acknowledging the shortfall. I legit needed one thing and had to wait 15 minutes to pylay for it. My rime is worth more than I spent, so I guess my bubble envelope cost $10 based on the actual cost and the amount of my time wasted! Unsat!
We stopped three times this week and Josh helped us twice with printing our many different labels. Josh did an amazing job and will definitely be back because of him!
Close to home. Reliable equipment. Safety station at the front door. Willing and able staff. Plenty of choices in merchandise department.
