At this location the customer service is horrible. The wait times are so long at the print center. They have a decent system in place, but are not adhering to it. The workers are helping people on the phone while the customers in the store are having to stand and wait. The customer physically in the store should get first priority. You tell them to hold while you work to get your line down. That's a risk you take as a customer by calling in. I spoke with the manager and he was very rude. Wow this location SUCKS and It's Time for a NEW CREW and MANAGER!!!
Disappointing - they will ship admitting to your house but they have very limited supplies in the store - Staples also had a much better rate program.
I have taken off work for 2 days now waiting for a delivery that has not shown up yet. This is crazy. No one know where my purchase is except its in route. To where not my house? Customer service has been no help at all. Ready to cancel and start taking my business elsewhere. The sad thing I have been a loyal customer for years. Office depot I thought you would be better than this.
