Everytime I forget and go there anyway, am reminded that Customer Service at this Washington location sucks. There's a cloud of negativity in the air. The Greenville Branch is completely different. The Washington Store however, seems clean yet, dysfunctional.
I want to give a huge shout out to Robert Redman and Office Depot - Washington 2177 - They have graciously agreed to assist in MetroRealestate Pros' #hurricanereliefeffors in #NewBern and #FairfieldHarbourCommunity. They have worked out a wonderful arrangement for us to get our flyers printed up. Very disappointing to see multiple customers waiting to be checked out while an employee stands by on her cell phone. I put my stuff back and am headed elsewhere.
Rude customers service! I didn't realize that this place doesn't provide notary service. So, naturally I asked the big guy that works there, and he acted like I've ruin his day. Just because I asked if he knows of another place around there that does notary. I will no longer be going there!
