This place was absolutely terrible!! I went up to printing area in order to make a large copy for my classroom. Well she made a copy of the poster bulletin board and all of the letters came out on top and there was a huge space on the bottom. Really, and later she claimed that she couldn't do anything else. Wow, what a great sense of customer service. The next day I went off to the Metairie Kenner location on west Esplanade and the person was well intended of my needs and I was satisfied with my needs.
