Racist staff. Awful service. I was in the store more 1 1 /2 hour. Trying to get posters made do my salon. I gave Steve K. what I wanted Christopher S. WAS HELPING HIM BECAUSE HE DIDNT REALLY WORK IN THAT DEPARTMENT. GAVE THEM EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED. I SAID OK IM GONNA GO LOOK FOR INK. HE SAYS OK THAT TOOK ABOUT 30 minutes. Was at the store the other day to make some copies and do some shopping. The rock and rap music were so loud I felt like I was at a rock concert. I mentioned it to the lady at the copy desk. "We don't even hear it!" ?????. I made my copies and left without shopping further. A sale was lost. I tried calling a manager later was put on hold and no one answered. Tried to call back. Only a busy signal. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
