I went to OfficeMax in key west last Friday and saw a great computer deal bundle that was on sale. I left the store until I could chat with my husband about getting it. We decided it was a go so my husband called the store to see if he could come pick one up because I had already gone home to Big Pine key. I went to the store today to reorder my business checks. After waiting needlessly as 3 workers were just hanging out not helping anybody,one at a time wandered over to me and when they saw I was there with my reorder form and a business check I was told by all 3 they didn't know how to do it,,, the last girl even said to me "I'm supposed to know how to do it but I don't"!!!!! awesome service…was looking for affordable furniture and was helped by an employee named Su. He was amazing…very helpful. he helped us selected the one we needed and helped load it up in our car… I will always recommend this office depot to friends, family and all… they have the best service…always feel welcome. thank you Su and home depot for having such great and fantastic employee.
I had a issue between in which the 2 products would not t work together and even though the printer ink was opened and mind you there expensive. The manager understood was a gentleman , understood and did the right thing , Ive been shopping there for at least 7myears and yes wall mart is less expensive but at least I was treated like an gentle man rather than an animal, thank you !

Double Billing: Pearl Shoppers, check your statements! – At the Pearl Office Depot, If you use a credit or debit card, check your statement for DOUBLE BILLING. Their copy machines are self-service: you swipe your card & print your own job. The final page prints "take this to a cashier." Cashier swipes your card, but guess what?! My banks statement showed I was charged twice! I took it & a printed receipt (the cashier didn't give me a check-out receipt) to the Manager. I HATE THIS LOCATION. TROY IS LAZY. JESSICA A HORRIBLE MNGR – 1st off, OFFICE MAX IS VERY EXPENSIVE ON ALOT OF THEIR PRODUCTS COMPARED TO OFFICE DEPOT. I went there for ink (which is the same price as office depot) I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. BEST OFFICE SUPPLY IN PEARLAND! – We have used this Office Depot for about 6 years now. I can tell you that they have been a truly great business partner for us. I will not say there has NEVER been a mix-up, but they have worked very hard to help us in any way they can, and have gone above and beyond the call of duty many times to help us get a job done, or to get the supplies we need.
