This store manager is rude, not only not want to help people but just want to kick you out of store. I know you are going to close. But that kind of rude reminder are not acceptable in any stores.
Worst experience EVER. I called several times. No. Answer. DONT COME HERE for tsa pre check. Service is horrendous. I told them I had a rough schedule and today was the only day I could come after making several calls and no answer. They wouldn’t accommodate and wouldn’t even help me schedule an appointment for today. I came in the middle of the afternoon with lots of time left in the shift. This store has horrible customer Service, I walked in the store today to get something printed. The young lady was on her phone, I asked her if they printed it, she then looked at Kevin and said do we do this here, he replied yeah you need to order it online. I remembered Kevin from a previous encounter and he was rude then, I immediately turned around and walked directly out the store. The customer service here is horrible, and they have horrible attitudes, especially Kevin!
Horrible attitude from the young lady checking out by the print area. Not helpful and did not want to be there.
