Paid for a banner to be printed and laminated and it was promised that the project would be completed no later than 2:00 today. I was there at 11:00 to print another poster on one of the copy machines, so I just checked on the banner order. The employee at the counter explained that there was one project she needed to finish first and then my order would be next in line and confirmed that it would be ready at 2:00pm today. I stopped by Office Depot yesterday for printer ink, and I had a great experience! The manager was extremely helpful at checkout, taking the time to explain my purchase and answer all my questions. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. It made my shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be back!
These kid's working in the store. They just do not want to work you ask for help and they run around in a circle. It would be better being on Marathon runners!
The worst!!! I paid twice for a USB using Google pay. Their system froze and charged me twice. I came back in to get it sorted because my bank will tell me pending verses an actual charge. My bank was showing two charges. The employee tries to say all their systems froze when I was buying a USB for work. He's trying to insinuate that I messed up their trash system. Never shopping there again. I used to buy office supplies from them because my job is so close but never again!! I'll suggest a different supplier for my employer... read more
