Their rewards program sucks
Today we walked into a furniture store ready to spend close to $1,000 on office chairs for our business. The moment we arrived at the showroom, an employee was sitting comfortably in one of the display chairs while assembling another one. We walked around for several minutes testing chairs, looking at options, and not once were we greeted, acknowledged, or offered help.
