Miserable and understaffed. Do not rely on this location to get printing details correct.
Every time I come to this location the staff and managers are always so nice to me. The manager offered to price match on a product I needed urgently but it was cheaper elsewhere. They always take the time to understand your needs and get you exactly what you need. Appreciate you guys big time!!!!
I rarely post reviews but this was a total waste of money. A guy stood on his phone instead of being practice and helpful. My prints printed wrong and when they were finally right, he did not even ask how I needed things laminated. Will be getting everything done again elsewhere. It’s not right for one person to help 3+ people at once while you stand on your phone and when are asked for help do the bare minimum. We printed invotations for our wedding they came out great thanks to Joselinn. She was a tremendous help.
