Very disappointing experience. I placed an online order for paper, and it had shown “Ready for Pickup” for about 3 hours before I arrived. Once there, I selected the curbside pickup option and waited outside for 25 minutes, but no one came. When I finally went inside, the employees did not even know I was waiting, and to my surprise, the order was not actually ready. The absolute rudest person I have ever dealt with at any office Depot in any state in all my life. I was trying to print some papers out and it was giving me an error so I asked the man behind the counter if he could tell me if I was doing something wrong. He just stared at me look down at my phone and just stared at me for the next four minutes, not saying a word and then waited for someone else to walk up and ask if I need help and then walked away. I had a great experience today! I needed to print some photos and Angie assisted me. She was incredibly helpful, fast, and efficient. I was short on time, and she was able to resolve everything quickly while also assisting another customer at the same time. She handled everything professionally and made the entire process so easy. Angie provided excellent customer service and truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Angie!
Horrible service, this Joseline girl working as a front desk cashier has a very nasty attitude, don’t hire this type of people… Joseline get something else to do if you don’t like your job..
