The printing department had hours to print some documents emailed around 2 PM. After emailing and talking back and forth, they printed nothing. I gave them my cell # to call with questions, but nothing. When my boss came to pick them up for a meeting the next morning, they had none of the printing done an hour before closing. The man I spoke with at the end apparently did not read my emails clearly and did nothing. This is terrible customer service and I regret that fact I ever called them in the first place.
