Onbmy way to the hospital really needed some copies and they really came thru expediting my copies really appreciate yall.
I’ve used this store for numerous print projects over time, but unfortunately I think I’m done. It seems like there’s always something wrong with each project I’ve had done here. When I have the time, I ask them to reprint it, and to be fair, Hannah, the manager, has always been very nice and helpful about resolving the issues. However, I recently learned that they do not allow customers to use a restroom because it’s “against store policy,” which honestly surprised me. That was the final straw for me. Rude staff especially behind the print station. She told me they couldn’t provide a service that I get done quite literally every month because she didn’t know how to do it. Mind you im asking for the simplest print job on card stock that I get done at multiple locations, in the end another personal came and did it just fine, not even an apology or a aknowledgement that it COULD be done. Ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere.

The quality of the business cards I received were great! Thank you! The service, however, was ATROCIOUS. Office Depot on Lincoln and Alameda has a young, very condescending blonde haired woman behind the Print counter and boy, did I have to restrain myself. She was nasty, her answers were rude and she was very dismissive, in-person and on the phone. She gave me incorrect information, cost me time and money, and couldn't have possibly cared less.
