The quality of the business cards I received were great! Thank you! The service, however, was ATROCIOUS. Office Depot on Lincoln and Alameda has a young, very condescending blonde haired woman behind the Print counter and boy, did I have to restrain myself. She was nasty, her answers were rude and she was very dismissive, in-person and on the phone. She gave me incorrect information, cost me time and money, and couldn't have possibly cared less. 1-8-26 At the incoming jobs desk. As a retired IT person I could have suggested a FIX for your equipment, but I'm not taking anymore jobs! And as a retired Customer Service EXPERT, I could have picked up my trash and said thank you, but DO IT YOURSELF!
Don’t print here. They will be late and mess up every time! Assist manager Ana = useless
Horrible service! Did a $400 lamination order for work. Wasn’t notified when it was ready. Went to pick up and they couldn’t find it and acted like I was a nuisance. Finally grabbed a “manager” who found it. Went to make a new order and they told me no one could help as they were at lunch and not being paid. Will never do service here again.
