Brandy is a great worker. Puritans Pride lost my return & Brandy located my tracking # for me. Great Customer service saved me from a $94 loss.
This company is horrible! I placed an order online for a product, they didn't want to honor my order because there was a pricing error. So my order was cancelled because I didn't want to pay to correct rate. You should honor the price that I paid! This is horrible service and I never patronize your store or any other store if this is your policy.
Their stock, selections & specials are wonderful. Their Staff is incredible! Each & every one ( and believe me, I've managed to question most of them ) is extreemly knowledgeble & patient. And they are not all kids just out of college.The lady who walked me through hooking up my new wireless lap top to my fairly new wireless printer is probably older than I am. Prices are always good. As an educator, I tended to shop (and spend) at Office Depot, Staples, and Office Max equally. However, I grew more and more disappointed each time I went to this Office Depot store -- especially for back to school shopping. They had some fabulous 'teasers' to get me into the store, but on 7 out of the 10 occasions that I went to get a particular item -- they were out of stock. Could not believe the volume of office supplies in this store. Staff is very knowledgable about their products.
