I stop this afternoon looking for toilet paper . The sales clerk was rude and had 2x72 roll charmin toilet paper packaging that she just brought to the front . I asked if they were for sale , she said no as she put them in a shopping cart a pushed behind the checkout counter . It was obvious she was saving them for herself and Not Your Customers! If your going to keep supplies for your employees better not to bring them to the front until after your shift is over pay for your items then . Seriously 144 rolls of toilet paper.... read more
The worse store manager ever! she insults not only customers but her employees out loud so everyone can hear! she doesn't even know the meaning of customer service! Cassandra is her name. 2nd year in a row that I've had a run in with her. I've purchased a laptop from there, looking to buy another but most definitely won't be returning to store 3324!
It took me 45 MINUTES to be able to walk out of there with 3 pieces of paper printed in color that I submitted this morning. I was told it would be done by 10am. It was printed when I got there, but it took forever before I could even speak to someone. There needs to be seperate lines for placing orders versus picking up already paid for orders. Just ridiculous. I will not use them again.
Does Micheal working the Front registers have a problem with dealing with people ? If you don't like dealing with the public ......PLEASE do something else !! Customer SERVICE means more then rolling your eyes & being disgruntled with the world. Technology is here to stay - make computer's your friend, not your nemesis !! YOU will lead us NOT to frequent OFFICE DEPOT. "..........Thank you & have a nice day". Try it out in front of the mirror tonight - you might just like it !!
