Customer service is highly lacking. Had an online order to pick up. They don't even acknowledge your existence. Line was super long. They forgot to laminate my poster so I had to come back and wait some more. Finally had to grab another employee and ask if could help since there was only one person working the area. They don't care.
Just spent 70 minutes waiting for 6 black and white prints
