RecommendedEvery time i go there, i am really impressed by the people working in the print/copy department. They really have their act together. The company is lucky to have such good employees.
Do NOT buy anything online!!! I bought an item online that said was in-stock & would reach me the next business day. The next a.m. when I checked the order online, it showed backordered & no date for delivery. I contacted customer service via chat but got thru via phone 1st via phone & was told phone rep canceled my order & I'd receive an email confirming that. Shortly after, text rep pops up & I ask them to confirm the cancelation. I'm told no, order isn't canceled, it'll arrive Tuesday (It's Thursday now). I tell this rep ... read more

We ordered graduation programs. Unfortunately, they were not printed correctly. We didn’t realize until a few hours before graduation. We called and informed Office Depot and the supervisor Brad came and delivered himself. Thank you Brad!!
I can never pick up print orders placed online. I get a call and email that my order is ready and when I come in to pick it up the order is missing.
I came in to print out some pages in color. I asked if i could use one of their printers, one of the girls said that they were having trouble with one of the computers. I asked about how long it would take she said a couple of minutes. I said ok i will wait. Waited twenty five minutes then one of the computers was available waited for the girl to tell me that i could use it. Guess, what she never did. Another Lady on the phone since i got there. There to buy a new printer. No one ever came to ask if we needed assistance, but there was someone up and down covering the pen aisle!! Bought a box of gel pens on sale. Got to check out and the pens rang up full price lol!! Had to go get the pen guy to verify with the cashier they were on sale!!
