I wouldn't recommend this store to ANYONE and plan to file a formal complaint for the poor customer service and training! I went in to print my grandmother's obituary and was helped by a black guy named Aaron... he suggested I go home and add 2 more pages so the obituary would look better as a booklet.... he gave me a card to call him when done. I called, he told me to email it and he will get it done! He then said he would email when done.... I heard nothing.. I called the next day... he's not in and didn't do a thing! Now ... read more
