Dear Office Depot, you are the reason I shop Amazon. When I walk in for the 3rd, maybe 4th time and you don't have colored ink cartridges that you supposedly "stock", don't know when you'll be getting them in and I can get them faster ordering them online for a hellava lot less than you are no longer needed!
I returned a desk last year which was 350$ because the employee didn’t give box 2 to the desk and still haven’t got my refund....smh� terrible store.
Terrible customer service. Ordering from the website and picking up is a joke.
Horrible experience! The customer service was awful! The managers were nice. But they lost pages of my notes had to go back get them rebound and had to go there three times in one day! Never going back!
