Bad service. 👎🏼 Horrible!!
Please advise your employees to not wait till the customer drives 30 miles and is standing in front of them to open print job emails. The employee was polite and apologetic. Its irrelevant the job isn't ready, my incredulity is because this drive could have been prevented until the person that knows how to click "print" is on duty.
Horrible customer service. Half of the time the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The ladies in the print area are beyond rude and you can definitely tell that they do not want to be there much less help out the customer.
Took forever. Couldn't get anything done despite sending it earlier.
Despite the trouble, they do match Amazon prices, so don't forget that smarter than you phone at home#
I have an older printer and wondered if the ink cartridges were still available... I called ahead to ask if they were and when I arrived there they were right in front of me ���
