I sent my daughter to Merrillville to exchange an item I purchased online and picked up earlier in Highland. They would NOT do an even exchange of the item because I was not there and they wanted to credit the card and then charge it again. I do not understand why if it is the SAME EXACT ITEM. No wonder Amazon does better business! Will not go back, this is a big inconvenience.
Upon entering the store I received a friendly greeting and an offer to help me find what I needed. Johnny was very helpful and even gave me an HP pen. And, he even made it better by giving me a gift bag with some cool stuff in it. Thank you Johnny for making my visit extra special!
