WORST possible Office Depot location, AVOID, AVOID! My wife bought printer ink that looked like it was in its original packaging, when opened at home turns out was the wrong ink cartridges inside and was used up. When tried to return it the employee said it has happened before, the manager said he would exchange it but "JUST THIS TIME" for me implying I switched the cartridges to return them and possibly do again.
