However, staff your store especially during peak hours (Sunday) I waited 25 minutes in line to get three tickets printed/ the young lady was working the counter by herself/ with two additional staff members in the store. Sunday morning we need a back up in printing. The store is always clean & excellent customer service skills
This place needs a total makeover of employees. The employees are rude most of thr time and the management isn't any better. The only time I've ever had a pleasant experience was when the young man with the dreads has been there. The wait is ridiculous. The Debra lady needs to retire, its obvious she's not fit for the demand of the job and her attitude is the worst I've ever seen in any service industry.
