The manager is a dumb ass and needs to understand you can't false advertise!!! He told us it don't matter what the item is on sale for it matters what the computer rings up!!!! What a joke!!!!!
Today was my last visit. They have ONE good employee, and one lady in the printing section acts like everyone and everything is such a burden to her. Customer service is key, and she doesn't have it.
These people don’t know their job! There is only one person that knows her job and the rest is depending on her to help the whole time I was there!
Rudest customer service! Im only giving them 1 star bc I have to but it took 3 people to get a simple answer & when I got the answer, they were the rudest!
The people at Baytown Office Depot are rude and condescending!!!
I'll never buy another product from office depot! Their product warranty is a scam! Why buy an extended warranty if it doesn't cover the product??? Absolute worst!!!
