congratulations to Office Depot in Murfreesboro for recycling batteries! I cannot bring myself to throw them away In our landfill. The staff is friendly and helpful. We need more businesses like this doing their part to protect the earth. Help them by recycling your batteries too!
I needed Hp photo paper, but the Murfreesboro store only had one box in stock. Brooke, the store manager, volunteered to have paper shipped from other stores to the Murfreesboro store for me. The paper was not available on line due to being on back order. Of course, I did not want to go from store to store hunting the paper. She located the paper for me and had it shipped to her store. Very non accommodating. I spend thousands with this store and company every year, not anymore.
Just went to Office Depot to return an item. Had the original package and the receipt. Item paid for with DEBIT card. Associate asked if I had the card I advised her the card was cancelled due to being lost. I was told I would need to either bring the card to prove I was the person that purchased the item OR go to my bank to get a letter stating the card was cancelled in order to get a refund. Are they serious??????
0 stars, associates do not know what they are selling, was in store for a screen protector for a samsung 10 in tablet, had table in my hands and was sold a protector for a mimi ipad. when i call the store about this talk to 2 people neither of the apologize for the bad service and i am informed they do not sell what i am looking for anymore. Shouldn't I have been told that when I was in the store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
