This company has gone way down hill in the last 10 years. I just tried to call the Puyallup Store and no answer. When you go in the store you can't find anyone to help you. 90 percent of the computers they say they have you have to order, nothing to look at on display. I guess I'm Costco bound to purchase an external hard drive since Office Depot just doesn't care anymore.
Office depot in tacoma has a kickin staff, fantastic products and a great atmosphere.
Just heard that a lady got some business cards that were not what she had ordered!! She had walked to her car to look at the cards after she received them and after looking at them she came to voice her dissaproval to be tld that there nothing they could do, unless she wanted to re-order. What kind of injustice is this, we pay for the things WE order, not what your office personnel like to do. BUNCH OF THIEVES! I will no longer do business with you either
