I am beyond disappointed in my experience today. So I order the Serta i5000 chair this morning. Yes Christmas Eve morning. I had no way of hiding it so thought this would be a great option. I had to work so i ordered it online and a friend was set to pick it up for me. So when the rep from the store went to send me a message to let me know it's ready she instead zeroed out my order. The manager, Amy, went above and beyond her call of duty. I left a positive review with only one less than "10" score because the expo markers I bought were dry. She personally contacted me and immediately shipped new markers (the ones she sent were even a step up from the ones I bought) even though I did not think it was necessary. Talk about customer service! I have always bought supplies for my classroom from this office depot, but will continue to from here on exclusively. 5 stars!
Clean store
Refused to honor a sale price that was advertised in the store, claiming the sale was over. If the sign is still posted, the sale should be honored! After talking with whom I suppose was a manager, I was given $5 off my entire purchase of almost $50! Edit: after speaking with the General Manager, I was offered the advertised, discounted price and received a refund on my purchase. The general manager was extremely helpful!
I was able to get of all my daughters school supplies for under $50 with the great sale!!!
