Lori is rude and disrespectful. What’s the point in customers signing in and people can walk up and get service before you? I will NEVER spend money on this store again.

This is an awesome store with an awesome staff to include Narcissus and Tionte. Great customer service always! Narcissus goes above and beyond the call off duty to service her customers. I am truly going to miss her when I relocate. Hugh kuddos for Narcissus and Tionte.
I went to this store and spoke to two sales associates and 1 manager about their rewards program. I was told we could make a purchase every single day and receive the rewards. This is not true. You are only allowed one rewards purchase per week. There is a huge miscommunication with the rewards department and the store associates. They have lost my business. I don't like being lied to just to make a sale.
It is splashed all over the internet that Office Depot will accept competitors coupons. I called looking for a specific item and explained that I had a competitors coupon. I was told they had the item in stock and would honor my coupon (which I read over the phone in detail). When I got there, they did not have the item in stock and would not honor my coupon. We went to three electronics/computer stores in the area. Harvey at Office Depot was the only person to greet us and ask if he could help. He was interested in what we needed, suggested great solutions, and offered support after the sale. Thanks Harvey, for helping us today, and we will be back!
