Longest wait we've ever had... associate played with spiraling papers for a customer who was not here instead of help us. Checkout was backed up. No one checking out and people waiting for help. Associates standing around. Only one associate was helping others with 5 employees, 2 holding a chair and a box of something, the rest not helping customers. 4 customers waiting on help. Not doing too good with customer service here...
Mia in the printing department is very nice and loves her job. Big shout out to her for getting my wedding programs rights.
