I ordered 12 chair mats from the Lincoln store. Only 4 arrived and they were late. It is now a week past their promised delivery date and I still have not received the 8 remaining chair mats. Made 3 different calls to their call center. Each time, they said they were escalating the order, but no satisfaction. This is an example of why Amazon is winning so much business
