I understand why the low reviews. Staff is not helpful at all. There is no interest in helping or making things right. I made color copies. I am aware that some of the color will be lost off the original BUT the copies clearly look like the ink is ready to be changed. When I asked the simply replied there nothing they can do. A customer walked in and stated they had been calling and was looked at blankly. Last time here. FedEx/Kinko will get my business now.

The "MANAGEMENT" on duty was very rude and condescending. Zero customer service skills. (Daniel) I asked for the district manager's name and number and no one had it.
A great big THANK YOU and shout out to Tony! I could not make it to the store myself and had to send someone to pick something up. Tony was very patient and kind with me on the phone to help me find just the right item. THANK YOU TONY! Merry Christmas!
Store Manager Jennifer and her staff are very helpful and friendly. Enjoy shopping at the store.
The manager Daniel was very rude! I went there to return my son's tablet I bought on black Friday because it wouldn't charge and he refused to do anything for me, yes I have my receipt! At first i was told I had 30 days, well today was exactly 30 days then he says it's 14 days, it's BS! This was my son's main gift and they wouldn't refund my money or even exchange it, which is all I wanted because he really wants a tablet! Now I know why this store is always empty, they suck at customer service and product!!
My 5* review pertains ONLY to Jeffrey in the Lakeland store. The portion of my purchase that he assisted with was the ONLY simple, stress free part of my purchase. From incompetent, lying 800# help desk people, to a delivery that was 25 hours past the delivery date, to a questionable delivery company, the transaction was a nightmare. Jeffrey was the one bright spot. THANK YOU! If not for him, I would rate Office Depot a half star at best.
