Went in to purchase a laptop. (I work on road and mine died) Picked out the one that I wanted. A nice young lady came up and after a small discussion, she said that she would have someone come right over. After waiting over 10 minutes (and no they were not busy) and seeing another employee go to her, she pointed at us and he just walked away. We walked out and wend to Sams Club and purchased a laptop. Cash sale and you let it walk away.
In a society that doesn't usually strive to serve, Orange City Office Depot always goes over and above to give top notch customer service. Go there for your office needs, you will not be disappointed.
Worst service ever... i even think im losing my time writing this review. now one needs to sign in to make copies, really? then wait almost 20 minutes to serviced! Next time I'll go to Amscot, yes Amscot.
Long time rewards member. Shopped there for the last time. Two different coupons and would not honor either b. Manager would not even talk to me.
I can not speak highly enough about Lionel (store manager). Had a complicated warranty issue which was resolved with friendly and courteous customer service. He worked extremely hard to resolve the issue. April in tech was also very helpful in setting up my computer and never had a problem with answering my many questions. Great team !!! Thank you for caring and all your help.
Every time I come here for printing services the wait to be helped takes forever because there's not enough staffing or computers for them to work on. Don't try to tell me to send it in online either and pick it up because then it gets screwed up. I have stood here today long enough to think about and write this review (20 minutes) and told I have to wait more since the computers are busy. Sadly this is the only place in the area for posters and banners on the cheap. 2 stars because once they do help you it's fast.
