Absolutely DISHONEST store / management. Charged me $58 for USED merchandise. Now, you like me are quick to say, "things happen, perhaps a returned item mistakenly got mixed up with the legally marketable stuff, right"? A RESOUNDING NO! When I returned the item, there were NO OTHERS in the store. I could not get a replacement. SOMEONE at that store, perhaps the manager tried to slip that in - why? The staff at the print center are fantastic. Kind and thoughtful people who helped me out preparing printed materials for a memorial service for family member who recently passed.
I absolutely love the customer service at the Boise Office Depot. I made my own error when creating my Christmas cards and didn’t realize it until I picked them up and got home. My son noticed our family name was the generic one already on the card and we never changed it!! I had ordered these from Groupon and when I called Office Depot they happily changed the name for me and gave me a new set of cards with no questions asked. Just a little laughing between all of us!!
