They looked over staffed, right until we had questions and almost every single person on the floor disappeared. The guy at checkout took forever, rolled his eyes in front of me and was all around not helpful. Would not recommend
Needed to pick up some electronic supplies. Went to Best Buy next door, they couldn't be bothered. Went to Office Depot and Grant got me everything I needed in record breaking time.
Terrible customer service. Employees are slow, unhelpful and rude. I will never be going back to an Office Depot.
I went by on a Saturday and they were closed by 6:30 even though their sign says they're open till 9. The agent on the phone kept insisting their hours were listed as until 6, andi think he was only satisfied when I read him the hours sign that they really were listed as open until 9. Update Jan 2017: I contacted the company about the incident above, and they forwarded my message to the local manager but I have not heard anything after several days. Seems like they should want to fix this. . .
