I have shopped at Office Depot for years without complaint. Recently, I used the printing services for my brother’s funeral service programs and memorial board. The funeral home wanted to charge my mother more than $100 for 40 cards. I was able to get them for $21 and design them to our family’s personal preference—not generic, preprinted stock. The man I worked with was excellent and helpful with the process and emailed me several iterations to ensure my card and memorial board were what I wanted. Thanks so much!

I asked the associate at the printing desk what I needed to do to get some items printed. He rolled his eyes at me. Told me the guy who did it would be right over. Then came back in five minutes and told me that guy went to lunch. Said I could email my docs for later printing. No thanks.
Update June 2021: I didn’t think this place could go downhill, but it’s dirtier with worse customer service than ever. Very, very disappointed with their customer service. I ordered $300 worth of copies here, and when they arrived from the warehouse after a week long wait, they were all wrong. I sell these prints and workbooks in my store, and am now waiting to find another print company who can meet my needs as Office Depot did not care to rush-reprint them for me.
