This store sold me a warranty for my monitor by telling me that it covered accidents. However, when i went to use the warranty I was told that the warranty only covers accidents on laptops and printers. Either they are systematically lying to people or the cashiers are not educated on the product they are selling. Either way, I wasted $35 at this store.

wait times are long ,I recently had some copies done & some cloned CD s ,I was told I would get a text or email when I could pick them but nothin, I had to keep calling them,& deal with waiting on the line 12 minutes, Smh,& not the friendliest staff either.
