Went to buy office supplies. Needed toner for a printer. Looked for 10 minutes. No one ever asked to help me. I finally located a worker - he told me that I needed to read on each box to find the correct one. I told him I had already looked and couldn’t find it. He repeated that I needed to look. After I left, I was still not happy - so called and asked to speak to the manager 3 times. Never got to speak to him - Brad Swift. What kind of customer service is this? Poor in my opinion.
Horribly dirty!!!! Not only is the store a disaster the restroom was horrific! No hand soap, just filthy!
Second time that I have come to this place to have something cut. Second time that it has been done wrong! How hard is it to cut the binding off of something STRAIGHT!? FIRST TIME IT WAS A BOOK NOW MY BRAND NEW PLANNER!
Terrible service! They couldn't find our print order for my son's birthday invitations, though I had an email confirmation. This happened last year as well, but they were apologetic and helpful. They weren't apologetic at all this time, and did not offer to help fix the situation at all. I will never go back here again.
