Don’t go to the Office Depot to print anything. You will be disappointed. The lady behind the counter on 7/23 at 4:25 pm was so rude. Do better OD!
I came in to get my planner spiral bound and I’ve had to bring it back for a third time because it was not done correctly. Jade was AMAZING the third time I brought it back and took so much care into fixing it at no cost after I have payed for it twice already. I’m so happy with it and so thankful that she fixed it!!
Tabitha, the Print Services Manager at the Office Depot at 1621 Military Dr. in Benton AR is just AWESOME. She went above and beyond on short notice to complete a special poster size print project for me and saved the day. So impressed by her customer service skills and the kind: "My Pleasure" response....made the day. Thanks Tabitha.
Tabitha went above and beyond for me tonight! I arrived just before closing time and I needed some things laminated. She could have said "sorry, the machines are already turned off" but she didn't and as a matter of fact I saw her turn them back on for me. Plus she offered to trim them and she did it all with a smile. I felt a little emotional because it was the end of a long day and her kindness moved me. Not many people go the extra mile these days! Thank you Tabitha! You make a difference!
