my 83 year old dad was treated very rudely by male employee working printing area this afternoon Thank you to customer that helped my dad..my dad was having trouble figuring out the self service copy machine credit card pay for 16 cents. Employee in Printing area very dismissive and not helpful. I had to keep asking for help to get my forms printed. Rude affect.
Unfortunately pretty awful customer service at the print area. What I was told over the phone was incorrect when I got there. Once I got there I asked a few more questions to try to figure out what I was doing. I asked for full service and was told only self service was available.
