Wanted to buy a printer, after 5 minutes of looking, I asked a cashier If I could get some help. After another 7 minutes, the employee help never showed up. I left. Office Depot customer service is terrible. But your merchandise from Amazon instead. ——————————————————- Update. Talked with regional manager and he asked me to give them another chance. He made things right. Office Depot has re-earned my trust.
Each time that I've gone into this store there is nobody available to assist. It takes forever to find anyone to even check my items out. My fiance went in last time and no associate was to be seen anywhere in the store. He waited for a while and had to call out loudly for someone to hear him...finally two associates came from the back room. Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service. The copy center is great! Everybody who works there is really upbeat & positive. They go out of their way to brighten your day!
Not friendly or helpful
I ordered next day business cards and when I got them home I was so disappointed they weren’t cut right and the graphics were crooked, however Franny and Tonya made sure I was taken care of and was satisfied and we reordered my business cards. Thank you !!
Great place to shop! They have everything I'm looking for! & the absolute best place I've worked. My coworkers/managers are wonderful people!
