A WASTED TRIP!!! Called the store in Ormond Beach, Fl seeking a small laser printer, I was told they had one so I drove 40 minutes to buy the printer only to find out that the lady I spoke with doesn't know the difference between laser and ink jet. Then I was told the store in Daytona had the small laser printer. So after an appointment in Palm Coast I called to be sure they had the small laser printer and was assured they had one. RecommendedAfter spending days looking for laptops for our children at many stores we ended up at Office Depot! The customer service was the BEST! Shout out to SJ for making a stressful search for laptops fun! The sweet young lady who helped us check out was absolutely wonderful as well! Great job Office Depot on your employee selection! Office Depot will now be our first and only stop!

Just wanted to take a minute and give a huge shout out to the Management and Team at Office Depot - Daytona Beach 110! Manager Joe and his team are always there and quick to help with any questions I have. I had to return something the other day and I didn't have my receipt, Joe was able to find my purchase in the computer and get me out of there quickly. It's always a pleasure to visit with the helpful staff at Office Depot!
They offer accident protection. They don't honor their warranties.It's a gimic.You have to call foreign countries, that you can't understand.That give you the same run around that the store gave you. I urge everyone I know to be aware of this.l will never darken their door
I can't explain the gratitude and appreciation I have for the OD in Daytona beach. The general manager Joey was awesome and exclaimed excellent customer service!!! The cashier Alicia was patient, kind and helpful. Raymond and Felecia thank you for helping me find what I need on the floor . With all the customers they had they all remained calm, patient and friendly. What a wonderful staff! Thank you to the team of Daytona Beach!
