Terrible customer service. The gal who “helped me” in copy & print center was extremely short, wasn’t understanding directions and SIGHED when she got the print document incorrectly! I sent 3 emails, 3 separate documents, wasn’t that difficult.

I went in yesterday to buy some printer ink and take a look at the computer monitors. Found the ink I needed, and then I asked an employee for help with a monitor. The lady said she's taking someone's place, and she'll send him right over to help me out. 20 or so minutes later, I can see her the whole time, she does not send a soul to help me out.
