Not enough employees, and all too often the employees are incredibly slow. A manager, Kat, was incredibly rude and disrespectful via phone and in person. Basic customer service skills and professionalism are seriously lacking.
The only good thing about that store is the tall employee with the long hair and the beard. Promote him, fire everyone else, and for Odin's sake torch the print center. What a dumpster fire.
Short staffed but still showed me courtesy, respect and a real friendly attitude to get what I needed. Thank you!
Horrible customer service by manager Chad who basically didn't care at all about customer support or engagement. The poor cashier had to wait on him for 45 min to assist her in assisting us....WHICH HE REFUSED TO DO.
