I don't even have the energy that I would like to have to put into this review. My experience was that bad. Let's just say.... I placed an order for print. This was early afternoon. By 7pm, I still had not heard anything as far as confirmation to pick up my order. So I called. An associate informed me it wouldn't be done until the next day. Which was unacceptable due to eta provided when placing the order. (Not to mention a very important print needed that day.) Took poster to Office Depot to see if they could laminate it for me. The lady told me yes and to come back in an hour. Went back to pick it up she tells me it wouldn't fit in their machine. Why would you not checked before I left and not wasted my time! It was to late to take it somewhere else. I had to have it that night. Needless to say, The poster did not hold up because it was not laminated
I had a difficult transaction split between two of my cards. An employee named Roxie was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding, I appreciate her patience and customer service. Excellent employee to have working for your company. You hired a good one. I usually shop online but I will shop online at amazon when I need key office supplies and electronics. But I will definitely be returning here to do business when I need something. :)
